We are proud to see our products in operation globally. Independent of the final product, be it highspeed trains, heavy duty wheel loaders or maritime cranes – our composite components sustain the harsh conditions of sun, snow, heat, humidity and wear and tear of public transport and industrial usage.
To ensure the production of highest-quality products that are fit for the purpose of the final usage, we focus on technical excellence ingrained in our culture, people and state of the art production technologies. All our processes and production technologies are certified to the highest industry standards to ensure safety, environmental protection and product reliability. Since 2016 Faser-Plast Poland Sp. z o.o is IRIS certified and could 2018 successfully integrate Faserplast Composites AG into IRIS Rev.3 ISO-TS22163. IRIS (International Railway Industry Standard) is a globally recognised quality standard that complements ISO 9001 and is specially tailored to the requirements of the rail industry.

DIN 6701 / DIN EN 15085-2 CL4
Welding and adhesive bonding of rail vehicles is subject to stringent requirements and can only be carried out by specially trained persons in inspected workshops.
Our subsidiary in Poland successfully passed the audit for DIN 6701 Adhesive Bonding in Rail Vehicle Manufacturing and level CL4 according DIN EN 15085. This qualifies the company to undertake adhesive bonding work in the most demanding category, class A1 and purchase / asseble weldet components.

The TÜV NORD Polska Sp.z o.o. certification body confirms that Faser-Plast Poland Sp. z o.o. as a company has introduced a quality management system and employs this for "glass fibre reinforced plastic (GRP) products".

- Consulting – from component design to material selection before the detailed engineering and production phase begin
- Engineering – development of complete modules incl. kinematics, attachments, etc. as well as composite structure design
- Tool building – from CNC milled model to durable production mold and manufacturing tools
- Production – production of composite components using manual and semi-automated production technologies

Faserplast Composites operates from production sites in Rickenbach bei Wil, Switzerland (HQ) and Slupsk, Poland. Our success is dependent on the know-how of our people. Therefore we focus on relevant trainings for all employees across all departments.
At our main production site in Slupsk Poland over 230 employees produce on more than 15.000 sqm large format parts and fully integrated sub-assemblies. The core composite production and assembly is supported by our in-house CNC tooling, paint shop and quality control teams. With dedicated storage on site we are able to further simplify the logistics of our customers.
